Brytenwalda was one of these game changing mods which set the game in 7 th century northern Europe at the beginning of the Dark Ages. Many new mods have been made by players and fans which greatly improve the game or alter it in some way. So the community took over what the developers had since left neglected. This time the game is set in 17 th century Europe. Sadly, Taleworlds Entertainment, the developers behind the series have completely ignored the series since and instead chose to focus on working and releasing its standalone expansion of the original game, titled Mount & Blade: With Fire & Sword. I knew about the duel between suitors, but not with some guy sneaking through the castle backdoor.Mount & Blade Warband released nearly four years ago for the PC and introduced some great game changing features like the ability for players to create their own kingdom, multiplayer, the Sarranid Sultunate and a lot more which was a huge change to the original Mount & Blade series of 2008. I hope I don't have to change my character's name to Conan the Cuckhold.

I'm guessing this was just a false rumour that you can pay Travelers at inns to spread for you? Except it wasn't presented as a rumour, it was supposedly a fact.like they were caught in the act or something. Soonafter I reloaded a previous save for something else and never saw that message again. So I thought, "oh how silly of me, surely I must begin this side quest by talking with my wife first". So I went straight over to buddy's place to challenge him to a duel or something but there was no reaction, no dialogue options, etc. Just recently, I got a message while out in the field killing bad guys that my wife was an adulterer!
